Can't get appointments to tell Dr how you are

Can't get appointment. I don't like telephone appointments as you can't tell Dr how you feel on the phone. Have got an appointment for Asthma Nurse has asked me to go but otherwise you can't get an appointment at all. Can't get through on the phone.
